Fine Reduction Special Offer
The Winnsboro Municipal Court is offering a warrant amnesty program starting February 21, 2023 through May 21, 2023. Anyone with an active outstanding warrant through the court is encouraged to take this opportunity to save money and get a fresh start. Anyone that comes to the clerks office to take care of their outstanding warrants will not be arrested.
- All warrant fees will be removed ($50.00 savings per violation)

The court will offer assistance to those individuals that may not be able to pay in full. We will work with you on an agreeable action plan for anyone willing to make the effort to come in and clear up their warrants.
Those that do not come in voluntarily, to take care of their warrants, are subject to arrest in any public place, during a traffic stop, and their place of employment. Defendants who are arrested will be transported and booked into the county jail. Their cars may be impounded if the arrest takes place on a public roadway. Once booked into jail, defendants may have to post bail before being released.
